Just a Feedback

Hello
Mr. Arvind Adiga
Recently I was in Delhi and happened to read this book although I purchased a little late. The book is interesting.
The sarcasm (mostly on the conditions of Indian Taxi Drivers) on the poor Indian is well reflected. More than 200 of pages depicts a weired and actual picture of Drivers in India (whether its delhi or elsewhere, its almost same) but the DL (Driving Licence) had not found a single sentence in the book. I dare ask Why? As you know that someone making an accident having casuality like Death of someone, the punishment in India is only 7 years of Jail term. So a DL is a licence to murder with easy terms in jail. How funny? Also in most of the cases one can get free with the Interpretation we (Indian) do often on various matters.
So I wonder, Balram Halwai learn driving but How he gets His DL?
You may be aware of our RTO (Regional Transport Office) we have in every region. They are authority to issue the DLs. How you can get a DL. Pay 700 rupees to the A herd of Losers (Agents) standing outside RTO, come after 10 days and take your DL. No test, No verification and you get a Licence to Murder any of your masters.
