Changing perception of Hindi famous locoktiyan: an insight ‘A proverb is an expression, condensed but memorable saying embodying some important fact of experience that is taken as true by many people. In hindi they are called locoktiyan. This article as an insight to presents the validity of some of the famous Proverbs in Hindi. an evening at Kodanad

K odanad! Located just 30 km from Ernakulam Town is a border area village of one of the Jungle in Kerala. It is situated at the bank of Periyar river. Kodanad is a baby elephant training center. They are those elephants which are lost in the jungle away from the herds. They have been taken care of here by feeding and making them learn the social rules of human. We were lucky to see three baby elephants. Sometimes you may not find anything in the shelter. But the real place of enjoyment was the bank of the river. the water was so clean and mudless that you can see through it. Even a point and shoot camera can capture the rocks and planks at the bank. The view of the other side of the river was much better. Jungle covering the full hills contrary to the hills in Manali and other hill stations in North India. Philosophy and Science Earlier philosophy was considered to be part of the pure science and philosophy and science were amalgamated in such a compound that making a distinction was entirely out of question. Intellectuals were scientist as well as philosopher. Slowly number of axioms and self proved theorems reduced. Assumptive science based on physical observation decreased with number of years down the line. In place of that analytical science with experimental proofs started to take the lead. This was the time when Philosophy and Science took their different part and after the renaissance the philosophy and science were remarkably distinct.
